How to connect to the ARAG VPN using Cisco Any Connect (User Version)

1. You must have Cisco Any connect installed on your machine. You can find these files attached to this guide.

2. Once you have Cisco downloaded you willl need to go and add a MFA method to your account(you can do this by logging on with the details you were sent via your browser on Office.com). We would recommend the MFA App from Microsoft for this. Guide for this is named MFA-International-2024( you only need pages 7-10 on this and its attached for easy use).

3. Once you have this downloaded and installed this you can need to load up Cisco and type in "connect.arag.co.uk" and hit enter. This will prompt a login screen.

4. Your username and password are the same username and password we sent you within a one time link. Once entered you will then connect to Cisco and the ARAG VPN.

6. Now your connected to our VPN and connected to our Terminal Server you now have access.
