Accessing Sense

Guide for accessing the old MyCalls Server that was moved to Azure.

1. Remote to ZIE-VS-MC01.ad.arag.ie

Use the credentials provided to login. The user is "ZIE-VS-MC01\MyCalls"

2. Once logged in you can launch the "Sense" application from the desktop:

The details are the ones provided by Pat, the username is "admin".

Once logged into the Application, the calls should all be available to listen to and download.

You will need to change the filter.

You can press the download icon located on the Sense player at the top of the application to download a call.
