Booking Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms can be booked by following the below process:
Create a new meeting in Outlook
When inviting the participants to the meeting, you must also invite the meeting room you require using Room Finder.
Within Room Finder ensure you have Bristol and RL_UK_Bristol selected. This will show you whether a meeting room is available for the time of your meeting.
Double click the available room your require and this will then appear in the Required line
Click Send. This will now appear in the Meeting Room calendar and block the meeting room for you. You should receive an acceptance email from the meeting room to confirm.
NB:
- If you receive a declined email from the meeting room there has been in a clash in availability, please check the meeting room calendars and change the meeting room you have invited
- If you are booking a hybrid meeting, these must include a Teams meeting link for remote participants to join
