How to use the Polycom Conference unit

Setting Up the Polycom Device in small meeting Room.

Turn on TV & Plug laptop into the device using the USB provided underneath the TV’s.
Your monitor screen will now be shown (once the drivers have been automatically installed)
In Teams double check the following settings have been assigned under Devices

4. Once the following has been set up your Teams will now broadcast through the Polycom unit aswell as the audio. You will be able to see this at the bottom as you will get a preview of the Polycom camera.

Step by Step Guide to connect to screen if needed.

1. Click start from the bottom left of your screen

2. Search connect

3. Select connect to a wireless display

4. Select the TV that is in the room you are having the meeting in(they will be named to match)
