To improve security ARAG is using Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) when access to Microsoft 365 is required while not connected to the corporate network and not connected to the VPN. We use the Microsoft Authenticator app which is installed onto your mobile phone.

Please note that the account on your Authenticator app will display as ARAG SE.
